Feeding and watering system
The modern feeding systems are to correspond to the following principles: hygiene, feeds availability to animals, unfailing system operation and effi ciency.
Variant Agro Build provides the wide choice of individual and group feed cups and feed units. Feed cups are made up of the foodgrade stainless steel and zinc plated steel. Feed cups constructions ensure the easy access of animals to feeds as well as the ease of maintenance.
Feeding system
They are designed for the fast and qualitative feeds supply to pigs.
There are two basic feeding systems. One of them uses the ribbon conveyor, the other – driving gear (cable-washer, drive train-washer).
Watering systems
It is very important to secure the animals with the fresh and safe drinking water in order to maximally use their potential.
At the same time, the animals are to be ensured with the free access to the safe water suffi ciently.
Due to the great assortment of watering systems, which include the component parts for sows housing and piglets’ nursery/fattening, the drinking pans optimally meet these requirements.

Feeding system bins
All bin models, produced by Variant Agro Build LLC, include the external and roof servicing ladder. In order to ensure the pneumatic loading, the bins are equipped with pneumatic loading tube and the plastic airtube.
