Bucket conveyor (bucket elevator)

Main purpose of the bucket conveyor is to transport both grain and other bulk products. There are following advantages of grain bucket conveyors: minimum damage of grain, reliability and durability, minimum consumption of power, opportunity of operation in the open air.

Bucket conveyor’s set and its features:

• galvanized or painted steel housing;
• hardened bearings;
• cleaning holes;
• productivity up to 250 t / h;
• transport height up to 50 m;
• imported engine;
• metal or polyurethane cups;
• the presence of the detonator;
• speed control sensors, belt derailment, support.

Optionally, bucket conveyor are produced with performances of up to 400 t / hour.
